We recently fixed an issue with the SCIM API PATCH /Groups endpoint. Previously, users added to multiple groups might not have been correctly registered in all groups.

Customers who accessed the PATCH /Groups endpoint within this timeframe might notice:

  • Group member numbers not reflecting correctly on the groups page.
  • Users not being assigned to the correct workspace because their group membership isn't being recognized properly.

Actions Required

If you are affected by this, regular incremental provisioning cycles from IdPs will not correct the issue. You need to perform a full re-push to ensure all group memberships are accurate.

  • EntraID: Click Restart Provisioning in the Provisioning tab.
  • Okta: Perform a Group Push.
